Salted Pistachios (California)

Our Regular Salted Pistachios originate from Turkey or Iran. Native to the East and Central Asia but has long been cultivated in the Mediterranean region and more recently in California.
The kernels are green, pink and/o purple and are prized as much for their ornamental color as for their flavour.
They are marginally more expensive than most other nuts but more than make up for it with their Moorish flavour and enjoyable eating.
As the roasted and salted Pistachios are still in their shells it's hard to shell them as fast as your mouth Craves — try and keep up.
